SEC:Ethereum Is Not A Security

Incase you were living under a rock last week, you might be interested to know that the United States Securities & Exchange Commission have declared that Ethereum is NOT a security.

This was welcome news among the cryptocurrency community who have been on-edge when waiting for what the SEC decided. The price rallied for a day or so, but failed to really take off.

UPDATE June 28: It seems that despite the postive news of the SEC not clasifying Ethereum as a security, the price still continues to tumble - although it seems to be following the whole cryptocurrency space. 

As you can see from the image below, inside the red square is when it was in the news, but it has fallen since. 1 ETH is currently trading at $439USD
